All 365 thoughts, collection by collection
Every thought on this site comes from an identified corpus. Ten collections, ten ways of thinking.
The texts gathered here span more than two thousand years and share neither an original language nor a purpose. The Vedas are hymns, the Tirukkural a moral treatise in Tamil couplets, the Panchatantra a manual of statecraft disguised as animal tales. Reading them separately keeps them from collapsing into an undifferentiated « eastern wisdom » that never existed.
