The thoughts published on this site are French adaptations written from ancient public-domain texts (Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Dhammapada, Tirukkural, Vedas, Mahabharata, Ramayana, Panchatantra, Hitopadesha, Yoga Sutras, proverbs from oral tradition, maxims attributed to Chanakya). The source texts are not protected by any copyright.

The text of the adaptations as published on Sagesse du Jour, together with the site's presentation (layout, code, graphic elements specific to the site), belongs to Aromanou Ltd. Any reproduction of these elements without prior authorization is prohibited.

This distinction matters: Aromanou Ltd claims no right over the source texts themselves, which remain in the public domain and may otherwise be freely consulted, quoted, or reused. Only the adaptation specific to the site, written for Sagesse du Jour, is covered by this clause.

The site contains links to the Aromaustral by Aromanou shop and to the Souffle & Jardin app, published by Aromanou Ltd. These links are identified as such. Aromanou Ltd is not responsible for the content of third-party sites that it does not publish and to which this site may, on occasion, link.

Governing law
